Letters Sad to Ghain (ص ض ط ظ ع غ)
In this lesson, you will continue building your knowledge of the Arabic alphabet by learning the next eight letters:
ص (Ṣād), ض (Ḍād), ط (Ṭā), ظ (Ẓā), ع (ʿAyn), غ (Ghayn), ف (Fa), ق (Qāf)
These letters introduce several unique Arabic sounds that do not exist in English. You will learn the correct makhraj (point of articulation), practice distinguishing between similar letters, and gain confidence through repetition, listening, and writing exercises.
Special attention will be given to the emphatic letters (Ṣād, Ḍād, Ṭā, and Ẓā) and the throat letters (ʿAyn and Ghayn), which are essential for accurate Quranic pronunciation.
